Today we stopped in for a quick lunch and snack. There were 4 in our party- chili dog, sloppy joe, turtle sunday, and grilled cheese were ordered - the turtle sunday was served with soft serve vanilla and when questioned why it wasn't served with hand dipped vanilla ice cream, the employee was not friendly and became "snippy"; if informed that soft serve vanilla was the only option, another selection would have been made, but that information was never provided nor was the option to exchange the sunday. When calling out names for orders, we each approached the counter as called, the male employee rudely repeated the name as the individual was standing there as he hastly handed the food over. When asked what the soup of the day was as the menu indicates there is chili and a seasonal soup available in 12 oz portions for $2.99, the male employee again rudely stated that only during winter months that the soup was made; the word seasonal does not just apply to winter in regards to soup selections as there are "summer" soups, example being asparagus soup which is being served down the street. To sum it up, the staff is less than courteous and accommodation to guests is lacking.

We stopped & ordered pizza, and then wished we hadn't. You order at the counter, and then they bring a pizza to your table, along with paper plates. The girl behind the counter was surly, and wearing a dirty shirt. You get your own napkins and plastic utensils from a stand near the counter. We couldn't figure out if it's a snack bar, or a truck stop ... as people kept coming in and out through the back door near the restrooms. The pizza was served hot, and the kids thought it was fine. This won't be a place we try again.

This place used to be an ice cream place. I think they had hot dogs and burgers as well. Now when you walk in, the menu is a little overwhelming and it seems they kind of lost sight of how they made their name in the first place. When I get a craving for broasted chicken, pizza, and panini sandwiches I don't really think to go to the local ice cream place. You get my point. Anyways, I went in here yesterday and asked for a brown cow. The girl working at the counter looked at me like I was insane. She clearly had no clue what that was. I settled for a root beer float and she promptly filled up a cup with soft serve and directed me to where the soda was so I could fill my cup. Not going back.

Kids and I always stop after sporting events, friendly staff and decent food. Only thing I would like to see is more people at the counter to be able to handle multiple people at the same time when they get busy... Other than that, keep up the good work.

Back again this year, but as a vegetarian! I'm so so happy to see vegetarian options on the menu. The four of us will be grazing on delicious vegetable wraps and subs this summer. So tasty! Service is on par as usual. This place is absolutely wonderful for quick, simple bites. Prices are unbeatable. Ice cream and ice cream cakes are also available. You can call ahead of time to place orders for pickup if you don't want to wait.

Great place for food and ice cream! Love the fact that they have Dole Whip! They also have lots of choices of soft and hard serve ice cream as well! The counter people seem to work very hard and are very courteous!

We really enjoyed this pizza! We needed to feed 25 adults and children. We were a little hesitant since it seemed more of an ice cream place. We were not dissapointed In the least! We ordered cheese, pepperoni, all meat, BBQ chicken, supreme and BLT pizzas and their cheese sticks. I think the BLT was the favorite, but honestly, they were all great! I was a little dissapointed they did not offer us any special pricing before 4pm. We ordered quite a bit. Anyway, we will be back!
